A newspaper. That’s what. Time Inc are planning to release their newspapers in a subscription-based format for the Apple Tablet – which they don’t even know exists yet. A lot of their UI is heavily designed around Apple technology, i.e. the use of Spotlight icons in the menu, etcetera.
Their demo is interesting, but the real thing is far more spooky. Well, the demo wins points on creepiness – what’s with those 2D hands?
Anyway, videos talk more powerfully than words or images, so here’s two videos – the mockup, and the real thing.
