Apple, today, have filed a patent for an improved digital ink recognition technique, presumably for the iPhone, that allows users to properly use an apple pen to fill out information or forms on the screen of their computer. This technically could be construed as a method of implementation for the Apple tablet, but as far as things goes this, strictly speaking, has absolutely nothing to do with a possible tablet computer. However, the patent would appear to apply to an ink-aware tablet.  See below for the image of the patent.
